🔹 Receiving the Approval (Letter of Approval)
If approved, the client must pay:
Payment is made to an escrow account supervised by the agent and the government.
🔹 Issuance of the Certificate of Naturalization
Official document confirming citizenship.
From that moment, the person is a citizen of Grenada.
🔹 Grenadian Passport Application and Delivery
The passport can be sent to the country of residence via secure courier or collected in person.
🔹 Property Maintenance
The investor must keep the property for at least 5 years.
