VISA B1/B2

What is the B1/B2 Visa?

The B1/B2 visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows foreign nationals to enter the United States temporarily. It combines two purposes in one visa:

    • Meeting with business partners or clients.
    • Negotiating contracts.
    • Participating in short-term professional training.
  • B-2 (Tourism): For personal or recreational purposes, including:
    • Tourism and vacation.
    • Visiting friends or family.
    • Receiving medical treatment.
    • Participating in social events or short recreational courses (e.g., art, yoga).

This visa does not allow employment, formal studies, or permanent residence.
